Won appeal December 15th and PPR received June 25th.

Hey My ARC was requested March 30th and my PPR was received June 25. The date of the ARC granted letter was actually dated June 11th when it came with the visa. I think in most case it shoudn't take more than 2 months. I hope you handed in your RCMP Police check ahead of time with doc upload.

Because I win my full hearing on 27 September 2018 submit all the stuff to Ottawa on 27 January 2019 still hear nothing

You are suppose to inform IRCC for any marital status change prior to your landing, did you do that? If you haven't then they will consider that as mis-interpretation and appealing that would do nothing.

Hii im also that kind of.. I ma married now before a month submission of my study permit as sinngle becouse of some reson can u help me wt should i do about my marital status can i inform ambessy after my visa.. Oo R how. Or at the time of my spouse application it can couse problem

They asked us for "Schedule A", "Medical" and "Police Clearance" in December 2018. Then they asked us to pay the ARC fee of $400 and removal fee of $1,500 with RCMP Clearance, which we submitted last month.

I am not sure how far we are from this nightmare to end.

They have, but it is for a very specific group (refugees). It doesn’t,IMO apply to you. You can certainly look into it, but I believe you will find you do t fall into that category.

Can u help me regarding spouse visa ididnt mention married status in my study permit.. After visa can i inform to the ircc that i married or can apply my spouse? Plzzz reply

Less than a month if you case is going to be processed in Ottawa, 2-3 months if you case is process back in your visa office.

Since you won your appeal on June 14, most likely your case will be with the visa office because 1 month had passed.

TBH I do not know, this thread is for spousal appeal cases of Canadian citizen or PR not visa student. If I were you I will ask for professional help like an immigration consultant.

May be they are processing your “Security Check”and there is no time limit for its completion,can take up to 3 ,6 or even 24 months.
