Oh, I know that they never reply to e-mail enquiries from applicants but not replying to MP is news to me, maybe they'd have replied if the MP had phoned or something. Anyway, when you receive a passport request it means they are ready to process your visa, the only reason they'd conduct any more checks would be if you informed them of any changes in your situation (family changes, criminal offenses, etc.), and this is something the MP should ask them.
MP's office have a new way of calling CIC to inquire about files. They call Quebec. Are allowed 4 calls a day if I remember correctly.
I asked on a Friday. Information didn't not get passed on to the usual asst. However that usual asst. called the next day. So it's pretty fast to inquire. But yes, if the passport is just sitting on the desk. Time is wasting. Do you have a representative? Do you have ombudsman in wife's province. Contact an assistant with Provincial Immigration Minister. MLA?

I always felt super bad for bothering MPs with questions but I guess that's their job (or least whoever works in their immigration department). I might even ask if they can contact CPC-O to get my tracking numbers, I mean, all they have to do is open the envelope :(.

Any recent successful hearing or ADRs out of the Toronto office??
I think there have been a few. Try reading back about 4-7 pages. The names escape me.

Hello Guys ,

Now the decision made after ADR , I don't know what is the decision, but our ADR was allowed

Any idea how long it will take to get letter or email after "decision made "?

Congratulations on winning! You should get a letter from IAD in about 2 weeks saying you won. After that, expect an email from Ottawa for receiving app. They will ask for new police, medical if they have expired. And updated forms.

Hi everyone I need Help
My husband is Canadian citizen and he appealed my case in February 2017 through lawyer
After that got a letter stating my case selected for express triage catagory and they set preliminary hearing on 29 may 2017, on that day immigration didn't disclose some information so judge gave immigration minister two weeks
So now it's more than two months I didn't get any update
Please let me know if someone have any information regarding this.
We appealed in Toronto

Call Toronto IAD. Have your appeal file number on hand. Also contact MP if they don't tell you.
