hello，everyone,I'm new here, would like to share my timeline with you guys

2010.05 case submitted

2010.09 interview, case refused in Beijing China

2010.11 appealed in Toronto

2012.12 IDA appeal court full hearing, 4 hrs, won, result was told right away

2013.03 didn't receive anything, hear nothing

Getting crazy, usually I will get the letter no than 90 days, but 3 months past, hear nothing

Anybody has idea how long does the letter take?

YOu should have received a written decision by IAD. Did you receive that ? The file is supposed to be 'fast tracked' through Ottawa. You need to locate your file.

You can have your Canadian partner go visit his MP (member of Parliament). You can order your GCMS notes. You need to locate your file !!!!

I didn't receive written decision, this made me crazy, they are sososososo slow

What's gcms note? Who should I contact to check status of my case? MP？ they have right to check and ask?

I've had an interview at the Canadian EmbassyON LAST MONTH .and The one-hour interview it was
But when I finished interview I asked her i will soon be with my wife.she told me not descion for give now
she told me after one week or 2 weeks she sent to me the descion about my fils aplication for come to canada ..my friends what does it mean if any person have infermation to tell me because i worry realyy
and i have more then 3 WEEKS after intervew .......i was think after intervew they can tell me about yes or not my wife she sent 3 messages and they not.and my exam medecal finished in junary .. answear to her ...my intervew was about my relationship with my wife because my wife she older then me .....
my ask is aproblem they no told me nothing after my intervew until now ,the descion means ;

call CIC first and see what they say.

You can always go to your MP and ask whats happening. They may ask you to fill out forms for the Embassy to release information to them.

GCMS (global casse management system) this is your right to see what is in these notes. It will take about 30 days to receive them. They are free to Canadians

Im not sure I understand you.

When you check your status online.....it is through ecas (client application status). Ordering your GCMS is different. It may or may not tell you some things.

Have your partner go to his MP. If you are still within timelines on CIC website, then chances are, they wont do anything. Some offices are better than others. Just be respectful, and it will be ok.

These things dont happen so fast. If I were you......dont do anything, because it is too early !!!!!!!!!! You need to wait for the decision. I know its difficult, but this is what we (or most ) of us had to do......wait.... and more waiting.

hi everyone, i have not been here for a while ........ but i wanted to ask a question and hopefully someone can anwser it.....here it is
i have the FBI clearance but i m still waiting to get a response from mexico, am i going to have to get another FBI clearance eventhough my husband has not been in the states for the past 2 years can someone please advice i mean me and my husband have been waiting for so long and i dont want this to creat another issue... please really need some advice.
