Thanks Mrs Trejo

Most of the question was about section A39. financial inadmissibility, that's what I was refused on. They asked what plans we have in place when he reaches Canada. As long as you can overcome your refusal by the VO you will be fine. My ADR only lasts 45 minutes , that's it. Don't worry you will be fine. I am pretty sure you will win it tomorrow.

its been over a year now since we filed an appeal and we are yet to receive any confirmation whether its going to be ADR or full hearing. am noticing so many people who has went through their ADR meetings. My head is so f***** up with all that immigration BS just dnt feel like i can take it anymore this has literally drained me the F****** out. if only with all the training that CIC provides to their VO officers why don't they get a test on what we have to go through when denied or even going through long waiting periods.

Hi Hina 123 ...when did u have ur appeal??

Mrs Selim and Hina, good to hear that people are winning their appeals. I am also in Vancouver. I have sent the appeal notice early last month. My lawyer thinks we have a good chance to go to ADR and he said that the Vancouver board have been really good lately. Right now i am waiting for the blue book, i wonder how does it work with the ADR, i imagine we have to wait to get the blue book first, but how long after we get our file can we have ADR. I hope we dont have to go to full hearing because i guess it takes so much longer.

we applied in june 2012 went to interview march 2013 receive denial letter in september of 2013 after my wife called the mp office to query on the status, received refusal letter 2 weeks after inquiry. filed motion october 2013.

what city will appeal be heard.? Not sure if timelines have changed in Toronto, but im afraid it is more than 2 year wait. Shorter time for Vancouver.

Waiting is the hardest part. I know how you feel.......stay strong and focused and most important......NEVER GIVE UP ! ::)

toronto. its easy to say stay but the hard part really is staying strong

Thank you milenka. I hope so. I have prepared as much as I can as I am doing it on my own. I sent about 120 pages of evidences, letters, text records, calls, pictures, etc (we were refused based on the VO thinking we are in a non genuine relationship... been in this relationship for 4 years!!)

I will keep everyone posted. Thank you again :)
