I would check tracking # to make sure it was received. Have your Canadian partner go to MP office (member of Parliament) to see if they will assist you. August 25 is not so long ago. Probably just waiting to be processed. Best of luck :

My documents have been received in ISL VO . but 5 days late due to civil unrest in Pakistan that's y i am worried , My partner did not go to MP office yet but day after tomorrow he will meet to MP .

most probably it'll take around 6 months to get visa after winning appeal. count n see from the date you won

Gango is waiting ..mine is going to be 6 months in this month .but not heard anythig after remedical n forms etc. Its been more than 3 months of my remedical submission ... my lawyer said have patients .it is best to wait n not ask from them. Last month MP said about my status tht file is in background checking..
I dont know how much more n more i have to wait.
Im very much up set .it seems i ll remain n all wil get their visas .. :'(

I did police clearance and updates forms,i wasn't asked to do re-medical, my address was updated to my current place, is it normal not to be asked for re-medical, but was asked for passport photos. Thanks for any info?

Well may be your medical is still valid. When did you do your last medical?

I don't know what is going on ... you still have not received your PP, I don't know when will we get it huh! I wish he can be here this year

Hi guys, I'm sooooo happy,i got email this morning from CIC to do medical, ppr,pics and envelope to return my passport amd documents, also to pay right of permanent resident fee,keep the faith amd keep on praying guys,your turn will surely come,after 5 plus years,our turn has come.thanks guys for all the support.
