Hi guys,

Few days back i got below mail from cic. But after login to online i am not getting any significant update about my file. What does it mean. How can i know what update has been done to my file.

As far I've seen U r a PR applicant yourself, waiting for PPR. Pls update your timeline, in the forum profile.

I see FSW is even easier, better, Time Efficient to move to canada than Moving to canada through family stream, Provincial Nominee program. What do u think?

What do you mean by few days back? Quickly look into your MyCIC account. There might be MR waiting for you. Did you really look into it properly? Usually MyCIC gets updated for MR/PPR or any PF request. Isti bhai, I recommend you to join our whatsapp group. PM me your number and I will add you.

My child is 2 years 6 months and he has problem in delay speech accordingly to his age.
He is not autistic.

I think this will not be a cause as they only check height weight, head perimeter, etc for child during medical test.

My cousin wants to invite my mother to visit Canada from Bangladesh. I know its an immigrant forum but I am not getting response in Tourist Visa section. We are confused how to write letter of invitation and need your guidance for the following questions. Please help if you can:

1. Whom should we address the invitation letter to? (If its the Singapore office, please share the address if possible)

2. My mom is over sixty and has no income source. She has some deposits. As My cousin is a Canadian citizen and has permanent job in Ontario, He is planning to sponsor her. What documents should he provide as proof of eligibility to cover her expenses?

3. What other documents do we need to provide with the invitation letter?

4. Do we need to notarize the letter of invitation?

5. Any additional suggestions for the tourist visa application process are welcomed.

My sister invited my parents to visit Canada and she is a citizen too. I helped my parents to complete the process so i came to know the papers they required.

1. Invitation letter addressing to mom and dad to attend a special occasion ie my sister mentioned about her son's birthday. Notary is not required if written in English.
2. her citizenship documents ie. copy of card.
3. her job letter mentioning salary.
4. Proof of her living place ie contract with landlord, utility bill etc
5. bank statement of my parents.
