Whatever updates coming, those are from MVO. Just no news from SGVO.

It is frustrating really. I wish my file could be transferred from SGVO to MVO.

Dont understand what type of game is waiting for Nov/Dec applicants. File completely untouched yet, no doc request till now, no updates, just nothing.

How could they finish all files processing of FSW 2014 by Mar,16. How ? How ? How ?

Actually, they are not bound but they estimated to close it for emphasizing EE system more. According to their Parliament conversation with Immigration Ministry Personals, they are trying to do it as early as possible and it would be beginning of 2016.

I lived in India for 6 years and had to get a police clearance for my stay there. I sent my application on Dec'14 and got the Indian police clearance on Feb'15. but i still heard nothing from SGVO since AOR. I would like to know if they ask for the police clearance after Feb'16 (which is highly likely given the pace they are progressing) would I need to get another police clearance since it would have been 1 year since the last PCC. I haven't traveled there but I am worried as it takes over 3 months to get indian PCC from Bangladesh

Not required. Its a good plan that you have collected it earlier. They may ask for Bangladeshi PCC again but not Indian PCC(if you have given it with application).
Once you have collected foreign PCC, you can use it any time. Not required again and again.

It will be requested at the time of MR. Dont worry. Keep it safe. As I told in my last post that it is not required again and again once you have collected it. Whenever it is collected, for foreign PCC there is no time bound as like own country. Just need to collect once if you dont move there again.
