I got RPRF, Medical request. But no attachment in e-mail regarding Medical, only got RPRF attachments.

Kindly let me know what is fact?
RPRF attachment is new to me. I did not get it.

Regarding medical, did you get any separate email from Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca> ; if not, wait for 48 hours.

As you already raise CSE, don't make any other communication. Wait for 2 weeks.

Today I've received this below msg. Seems like SUJAN_CS case. What i can understand from this is, SGVO has changed it's approach regarding MR+RPRF+PCC mail.

Can anyone suggest regarding the settlement fund require for FSWP application? How long does the savings bank account needs to keep the fund in the account before applying? When CIC will verify, will they check if the fund was there at the date at which bank statement was collected or does it have to stay in account on the day CIC contacts the bank regarding the balance of that account at that particular day?

People who has granted the PR, can you share your experience?
I am showing the fund staying at my account for a week and I will take it out after application is sent.

Please suggest.

Hi All

At MR Mail it says to complete MR within 30 days but at the middle end of mail it says to complete above procedure within 60days.

My question is other than Medical I can delay more than 30 days and definitely less than 60days.

My application was received in 30 June, 14.

Im going to add my newborn in my application. In IMM0008 (new one) the dependent type should be Type A right? as in the instruction guide written as

The following types of children are for applicants who started an immigration process before August 1st, 2014.

Type A The dependant is under the age of 22 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

Well my file has already been transferred to SGVO. So now i'm waiting to receive AOR. For your reference please go to page number 2069 and read my post. You will know how i became to know that my file is at SGVO. And i think your and mine came together to SGVO. Cozz CIC won't send 1/2 application. Rather they will send bulk of applications. Who knows may be 30/50/80/100 files altogether.

few days ago I sent a query regarding adding my new born.

They replied:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

A change in your family status may affect the processing requirements for your application or the category in which your application is processed. It may also affect the total processing time for your application. If you get married or divorced, give birth to or adopt a child, or if a member of your immediate family passes away while your application for permanent residence is in process, you need to advise the visa office as soon as possible of your change of family composition.

If you applied under the Economic Class, you must also take into account that the amount of money that you need to have to support your family is determined by the size of your family and the cost of living in Canada. Therefore, as your family size has increased, you must increase the amount of settlement funds required to immigrate to Canada. For more information go to: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

To advise us of a change to your family composition, please send us a signed letter, email or fax providing us with all required changes to your file. The following information must be included in the letter if we are to make the changes:

- full name,
- date of birth,
- file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
- telephone number, including area code,
- fax number, including area code, and
- mailing address

As we require your signature on this information, please note that your current family composition has not been amended in our records.

How to add your child to your application:

Important: Note that if your child was born in Canada or if one parent is a Canadian citizen, then the child might be eligible to be a Canadian citizen. If that is the case, you do not need to add the child to your application, and no medical examination or fee is required. You must, however, send us a copy of the child's birth certificate. You should also contact the Consular section of the High Commission of Canada to make sure the child has the appropriate travel document. See these Web pages for information:

You will be required to submit the following documents in order to add your child to your application:

- a letter explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your child be added to your application
- processing fee for the child (if accompanying you to Canada)
- an IMM8 application form and Family Information Form filled in for the child
- updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse
- notarized copy of the child's birth certificate
- copy of your child's valid passport
- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required.

The required forms can be downloaded at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008DEPENU.pdf, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5645E.pdf, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.pdf

Passport-sized photographs must meet these specifications: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs.asp

Information about the fees that must be paid can be found here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/fees-frais.aspx

Your child will need to undergo a medical examination. We will send you the appropriate form and instructions after receiving the documents listed above. Be aware that even non-accompanying dependants must undergo medical examinations.

We trust that this information will assist you in adding your child to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

You may find information about our processing times at this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp. Please note that, if your file is being treated within the time frames listed on the website, we will be unable to respond further to your query.

You may also check the basic status of your file on-line by using the “Client Application Status” function in the “On-line services” section of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca

We will contact you if there is any further information we require.

We hope this information will be of assistance.

Sincerely,

I have some confusion regarding

- an IMM8 application form and Family Information Form filled in for the child

- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications

How to fill up IMM8 form??? Additional Dependents: Personal Details of New Born or mine info! :-S really confusing.

Again, in Family Information guide line it is written as

"Who needs to complete this form?

This form must be completed by each person, 18 years of age or older, applying for a Temporary Resident Visa, a study or work permit outside Canada."

But here in my mail asked for "Family Information Form filled in for the child" :'(

- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications: Should I write name and photo taken date in the back part or not?
