Dear friends,

I am going to apply for ECA in WES.
My certificate is MBBS, and my NOC is 3216, sonographer.

I am in some confusion in the wes site form. I was admitted in medical college in 1994, class started in that year, final prof was on 2001, internship completed on 2002. Now how to fill up this form ? is it ok, if I write in 'years attended' box as 'from 1994 to 2001'? Or it should be 2002? Is it a big problem, if I write either?

You need not to send internship certificate. Have you completed attestation process from DU?

I have a confusion ... it is mentioned that you also must mention the benefits along with the annual salary you receive ... I do not have any additional benefit , only basic salary is given to me ... so in this case ... what should be mentioned on my experience letter ?

1) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD with no other benefits.

OR

2) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD.

Which statement should be mentioned ?

I am trying to pay just now, with help of my canadian PR friend. After payment I will go to DU with the printed form, the photocopy of the certificate, and the photocopy of the transcript. Total three things; right? All will be attested by DU authority and kept in a sealed envelope. Then I'll send the envelp to wes by DHL, right? thanks again.

Yes that's right. Go to room 305 in admin building they will do it in same day. Don't forget to write the WES ref number on transcript request form. Try to send it by dhl in same day as time running fast.
After 3-4 days of receipt most probably they will email you that your credential sent to DU for verification so be prepared to go to room 327 and manage them to send the verification reply in the same day also. That's how you would be able to get the report just under a month hopefully. And also choose courier delivery otherwise it would take a month just for delivery. Good luck.

Where did you find this information?

Number of staff reporting to you , is not mentioned on the checklist.

If the PA (Principal Applicant) claimed/has claimed that he was/is a manager, then it's rational to provide the span of control means how many persons are reporting to PA in the past/current job.

dear Tomsware,
you may find more guys here those who already collected PCC from USA and hope they will speak out.

On the other way, I can share info-
Manage a request letter from SVO with a statement of PCC requires from USA.
Then Knock at US embassy Dhaka, place the request letter with letter from SVO and there must has a process for that.
