If the PA (Principal Applicant) claimed/has claimed that he was/is a manager, then it's rational to provide the span of control means how many persons are reporting to PA in the past/current job.

So manage this type of document/declaration from your employer. In most cases/employer (Bangladesh)/related personnel of employer, they are not cooperative.

Hi...
I think there are 2 options to include---
1. You can arrange a fresh declaration mentioning that you were/are leading a team having X numbers of personnel.
2. Fresh Exp/Job certificates that contains the number of personnel you were/are leading just like salary information as part.

But you have to decide which fits the most as per CIC/VO's requirement and which secure the future background check if they perform it.

In my case the principal applicant has no record but dependent has visa refusal record so my confusion is who will tick yes on it, of course the dependent but do principal applicant tick yes aswell ?
