I visited Malaysia and Thailand for 2 weeks back in 2009. After that my passport changed twice. First because it was expired and second time because of the MRP conversation.

So, do I need to mention this travel in my travel list? Because I actually forgot the specific date of my travel and I don't have that old passport with the visa stamp.

So what should I do? Mark "didn't travel" ? Otherwise things might get complicated for me. Do they actually do background check on this?

Let me know what to do.

As I filled up my portion of form and put my name on applicant's box. Do I need to fill the form on behalf of my 3 years old child ?

The form asks for “Applicant” and not “Principal Applicant“. Take care of it when filling the form. You, as a Principal applicant will write your name in “Applicant” Column and you will write your wife/husbands name in “Spouse” column.

Similarly, when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.

For both forms, you will write your kids details [if any], or will sign the declaration at the bottom of second section for no kids.

The last table will be filled separately by the two of you with your own siblings.

Just want to share a good news.

My WES status just change to complete. And got a mail from them that it is done.

Got equivalence of Master's degree.

Although the expected date was 19th of August. They have done it quickly.

Here is a short time line.

I sent the docs on 22 of June. All docs went in accepted stage on 22 July.This delay is mainly due to verification process of Dhaka university. I didn't know I have to pay them to send the verification mail.
They sent the mail that evaluation started on 22 July and expected timeline for completion 19th of August.
Got completed on 5th of August.

Now lets see how long it take to reach me on express mail.

2. Should the educational certificates of secondary applicant (spouse) be provided along with the main application package?
3. Should all birth certificates be digital?

1. Spouse does not required to submit educational docs ...So no need to worry for now.

3. No. I dont know what do u mean by digital....But ur existing BC should be accepted....let us know the authority of the BC....

During FSW13 opening, after long waiting (since last time FSW was closed on 2012) I have applied on the very first day (May 04,2013) on NOC 2147. But unfortunately after waiting over 15 months my file is not having any satisfactory update or finishing. Still no trace when Singapore VO will start to send Medical request to its first FSW13 applicant. Max VO has already finished or in process to be finished FSW13 files very soon.

Since my wife is on US (for higher studies purpose) for last couple of years, I attempted to apply on last year to apply for second application package with the NOC 2132, but restricted myself for the CIC commitment that they gonna finish FSW13 files within a year....Alas, they cheated with us...

I was continuing my waiting that SGVO will send some good news within a few days.....But thing is not changing...waiting without any hope...without any trace...

Finally applied as spouse on NOC-2132 (Mechanical Engineer) today with the visa office of CPC-O. Hope this time God will not frustrate me....File should be reached on 8th Aug 2014....

My presence on your prayer is highly expected...

Thanks bhaia!! Bangladesh government introduced digital BC which carries a registration number. U can use this number in a specific gov. website to find out the details of that individual. Updating the information in that website from the previous BCs is on process.

Maturity Date: Latest end date of the quarter. For example, if current quarter end on 31 Aug, the maturity date is 31st August. In the bracket, you can write Auto-renew. So it will be 31st Aug 2014 (Auto renewed).
