One George Street should be for courier and Robinson Road should be for postal.

I have some queries. CIC has sent forms ( Schedule A) for me to fill up and send it again, along with the police clearance, passport, PR fees & photos. When I will send them through VFS do I need to fill up any more forms? It would be great if I could type the form (schedule A) and send it to CIC rather then using the from they sent me. As If I use the form they sent I have to write it by myself if I am allowed download the form and send then it would be easy. As it takes less time and less space in the page. Any suggestion regarding this?

I will be getting my PP with the changed present address. Then will apply for the Police clearance. Before getting the PC is it ok if I do the payment from SCB of should I wait?

Is there any specific rule for VFS. Is it ok if I put all my required docs in an envelop and give them?

My medical has been received in PH. So i need to wait 2 weeks, they will email me by this time if I need to take anymore tests.Right?

I would humble request everyone whoever can suggest me regarding my queries.

This is for those who haven't received the TRANSCRIPT(S) back from SGVO but want to GET BACK. This info is just to share with the forum members.

SGVO sent back transcripts of my spouse along with the passports with visa but mine were missing. I sent a CSE requesting to sent those back and they replied next day that they are sending those by registered mail. They sent those accordingly and I have received those.

Thank you very much!

- Let me understand your first point clearly....has CIC sent you the harp copy of Schedule A and asked it to fill-
up? You can download the form by yourself and fill it out in your PC in PDF format. If they haven't mentioned
about any other form, you don't need to.

- I might already mentioned that there is no relationship between PCC and payment. You can make the payment
soon after of your medical.

- You need to go to VFS with the docs. They will pack it up for you. But I believe they only carry your passport.
Other docs to be send by yourself thru postal service/courier. You can check it with VFS.

- Its good that your medical report has been landed over there. Yes, you should wait for two weeks as they
have instructed. They will surely contact you for any action item from your side. Otherwise, just go ahead
after two week with the submission of passport and other docs.

Read you instruction carefully 1st. What they want from you please send only those documents.

In my case they SVO told me to submit all documents along with Passport in a envolope and send it

After that I sent all documents with passport to VFS and VFS took all in envolpe and sent it to SVO.
