there seems to be an option in this check list, it's Manila though!! how's yours??

Show it the way u showed before. I think, probably your company's Finance Dept. will issue a letter stating the amount u have in PF n gratuity with date of joining and maturity date etc.

Yes i have all proof of this fund. But i showed this fund as a proof of fund earlier, not PNW statement form. PNW statement is the requirement with MR.

Yes, you can change your permanent address to Gulshan. But they might ask for some relevant documents [I am NOT sure though about those].

Its great to hear that you have send all the docs to SGVO. Have you checked when your medical report was delivered to Manila? You can take the tracking number from the doctor's office and track the delivery.

Yes I checked ..it was delivered on 04.11.12.

U can write "Unemployed" at activity column & write N/A at name of company, school column.

manual to MRP is a good decision, but why change the permanent address?? might raise some questions to the passport authority, IMO

I want to change permanent address cause some time it create problem.... police verify different place and take more time. :

1. Already u got MR. So I think if they ask for updated docs like background declaration in future, then make the changes in the form for present add. In that case u need to be tactful while mentioning the period of living of your new present add so that it is aligned with the history.

2. You can update your permanent add in PP but you need "To Whom It May Concern" type declaration letter from First Class Gadgeted officer and attached it while applying for PP update. Bur After this thing, you also need to update the VO with justification..i think. Otherwise VO will see the difference - that PP perm add. doesnt match with immig forms perm add. It is better to keep the Perm add as it was unless there is any other issues.

I use gulshan address as mailing address & mohammadpur address as current address on 2010. but I shift from mohammadpur to banani on 2011. but I dont change mailing address. mention at history that ...from 2011 Feb. I lived at banani. Now I become scared ... ??? Allah Vorsha...!! rakhe Allah mare K...!!

Dear Brother, one is postal address (with P.O Box ) and the other one is courier address. No confusion........ Both are correct.

I sent to One George street..it is the building where Canadian embassy is situated..So far i can recall,there was an instruction at MR letter where to send all the docs..it was One George street..Dont worry..
