We r in the same catagory NOC 0111. I also processed every formalities almost according to your same time line. I will send my updated docs this week. I will appreciate if u pls clear me about the below issues....

1. POF. whether to send in TK or CAD.
2. I have joined another company as ED Finance on part time basis from dec,11 besides my previous job. Should I update it.

Thank you very much deba_avik bhai. It was really helpful. Now I have some further questions:

1. About 'Proof of Fund' - We have some fund invested in Post Office Sanchay Patra, under my wife's name. I think 6 Month's statement is irrelevant for this, more over Post Master doesn't want to give anything like that. He even doesn't want to issue a letter on their letterhead describing the fund. In this case if I write a letter on a blank page andtake his seal and signatures do you think this will be accepted by the VO?

2. I've already submitted my tax return last year without mentioning that Sanchay Patra as my asset. Do I need to revise the return now?

3. In the Economic Classes form there are two fields about 'Assets' and 'Liabilities'. Should it be same as my Tax Return?

4. About Salary Statements – When I applied initially to CIO, Nova Scotia, I was a Financial Manager (I have 13 years of job experience in total, in different NOC code). But I quit my previous job and for the last 18 months I am working as a ‘Freelance Business Consultant’ with no fixed salary or income. In this period most of my income came to me in cash not through bank. In this case, what is your advice?

Use the updated forms (latest ones) from the CIC website. Many applicants from 2010,2009 and older also got this updated forms request. They are all going to be using the new updated forms. Also, CIC always advises that applicants use the latest forms available on the website to be on the safe side.

I m a pre-june applicant.I applied in jan 2010.I did not receive any e-mail from SGVO regarding my updates.So,does this mean anything negative??

Keep checking your inbox everyday, include the spam/bulk box too.
each and everyday people are getting the request for docs update.
if your case has reached and passed the IP stage, you might not get it.

Nothing mentioned about it so Any currency is fine. they know the currency conversion.
I guess you have got 4+ years of experience from your previous jobs and those have earned you the points in that factor for you. If you don't wanna ditch those experiences and wanna show the new experiences, do it. else no. showing new experiences in your case might not get you any points anymore.

1. should be okay as they'd most likely to verify that anyways.
2. What is Sanchay Patra? if this is some sort of savings, then TAX is deducted from its sources income. ask with the authority about it. your statement should show this tax deduction.
3. 'Assets' and 'Liabilities' : Lands, Houses, businesses, etc. Not Savings, Fixed deposits. Liabilities: Loans.
4. you have already shows 13 years of experiences, so showing more experiences/salaries now will not earn you anymore points.

My address disappeared probably on 27 or 28 Jan 2012. This is second time though first it disappeared in August 11. Efer

Definitely you should download the latest forms from CIC website and then fill them up and then send to VO with the updated info

You must have instrument with you, do a photocopy and notarize along with the signed letter

1. It is wise to show in BDT and equivalent CAD... but in the form you must show in CAD. Please check how many persons you are applying for and how much you are required for those persons from here:

2. Yes, you should because you have been asked to inform them about any change in your application. As this is a change, don't conceal as it will increase your application weight although no extra point will be given.

Bro, when did you send your full docs to VO and when did they issue you 2nd AOR? I believe you were supposed to get email by this time. Check your email regularly. I am afraid I am not sure if all the pre june applicants have got this email or not.
