No need further... The target is achieved... All we needed to pursue them to organize a session here in Dhaka. As the matter is successfully solved, we dont need compile names etc. Just wait for their call and send documents as they ask. They will provide you a detail action plan mentioning the tasks before and after landing for every individual. I already received a task list. They consider the profession, background etc. Depending on those, they suggest the ways to be followed, the preparations to be taken now onward, things to do after landing etc.

I have just got a call from CIIP
They confirmed me that they are arranging CIIP at DHAKA in last week of NOV,2011 (date is not fixed yet)
they asked me to send them via email:
- resume and
-a copy of your Canadian visa or the letter from the High Commission asking you to complete your medicals (if you haven't sent us yet). These should be sent for each person attending
I think all of us will get a call...so stay alert

Thanks... this morning i had long discussion with the coordinator Mr. Paramveer Chakravartty from CIIP, Delhi. He asked for venue suggestion. I sent 5 options to his mail just now. I proposed the following venue as priority basis:
1. Westin
2. Sonargaon
3. Ruposhi Bangla
4. Lakeshore
5. Lake castle

is it okay? they may go with sonargaon as far as i guess.

Because we are not sure, when these guys will leave Bangladesh and hunt for fortune in Canadian Soil, I have strong doubt that we will be 16/20 people at a time have MR/PPR, arrange such kind of program etc.
