I have another query: Someone tells me that cover letter and biodata is required. But I don't find anything like this in CIC cheklist. What is cover letter?

I have just got a call from CIIP
They confirmed me that they are arranging CIIP at DHAKA in last week of NOV,2011 (date is not fixed yet)
they asked me to send them via email:
- resume and
-a copy of your Canadian visa or the letter from the High Commission asking you to complete your medicals (if you haven't sent us yet). These should be sent for each person attending
I think all of us will get a call...so stay alert

I also had a call from CIIP China and told me that CIIP India will take care of us as they are responsible for this region. They also suggested me to cooperate CIIP India. I sent message to CIIP India this morning.

no need---biodata
optional---it's a forwarding letter, here you will just mention that u would like to apply for FSW category, ..and you are attaching following docs..ect and then sign & date...

Hi Dr. Hasib, I have some questions about proof of fund...

1. I have sufficient amount of money as per CIC in FDR form in 2 different banks. One in Trust Bank,Dhaka & another is in Islami Bank in my permanent address branch (outside Dhaka). In the bank certificates 2 different addresses are used , one is present address ( in Dhaka), other is permanent address ( outside Dhaka). Is there any problem?

2. What documents are needed to submit for proof of fund? I think Original Bank certificate & notarized copy of FDR slip. Am I right?

Answer 1 # No Problem, provided both the addresses are there in the Passport or Birth Certificate as well. Or Else, you can submit an application to the branch manager to change the address

Answer 2 # I submitted the Solvency Certificate from the Branch Manager and Account Statement both properly Sealed and Signed.

Yes, u r right. No further document is required. I am not submitting PNWS and Bank Statement as those were not asked from me. Out of 5 photos, u need to mention name, date of birth and date of photograph taken on the back of only one photo. Other 4 copies back must be blank. Date of photograph taken should be written by the studio with their stamp. Good luck.

Are u submitting all the documents (including the Bank Draft) to Canadian High Commission at Dhaka?
On the first page of the letter they send me they suggested to do so but in the instruction they told to send the Bank Draft directly to Singapore. Now what to do and what r u doing?

I have just got a call from CIIP India regarding the program. They have decided to held the program on 29 November. They have also sent me a mail for the same and asked for the same documents.
