Brother please don't spread wrong information.

The cap for each NOC is 1000. The total overall cap for FSW2014 is 25,000. There are 50 NOCs. Correct.

But CIC will process applications until they reach 1000 for each NOC, and then they will continue processing other NOCs until they reach 25,000 total applications.

Sub-cap will reach 1000 for many hot NOCs (already 3 NOCs closed), but definitely there won't be 1000 applications for slow moving NOCs. So it total, it is very unlikely that it will reach 25,000 applications in total. You can see that the lowest 20 NOCs have less than 30 applications received until the last update.

In FSW 2013, the sub-cap was 300 and total cap was 5000 with 24 NOCs. It didn't even reach 5000 applications in total. Only 9 NOCs reached the cap.

Brother,

I am not spreading wrong information rather i am seeking help from expert like you. I heard it from a peer and i need to verify through this forum. where else i could ask ?!

however thanks for your feedback

Brother, I got your point. I apologize if my reply was harsh. I have modified it by the way :)

The point I wanted to mention here is that so many people are reading this thread. And you know nowadays rumors spread in seconds. Tomorrow you will hear it back from someone and you will take is seriously because according to your calculation it makes sense (regarding 50%).

To guys and girls who didn't submit their applications yet, you still have time to apply if your NOC is not one of the hot list (that reached cap or more than 500-600 applications till the last cap update). Be optimistic and submit :)

Best wishes for everyone :)

Fully Agreed Brother.

Thanks very much :-)

Next year it may be increased or decreased.... depends on CAP.... :P :P

LOL :D :D

No cap next year. It will be express entry. So I guess demand will be lower and his (the guy) fee might increase to cover the gap LOL.

If you mean the cap count, yes, it is ONLY FOR FSW-2014 NOC Category. Other programs are not in included in this count.

Hi friends,

I have got MR from SGVO on 10th Nov.

We are expecting our baby, its been 3.5 months and possible delivery date is in first week of may'2015.

So now bit confuse that should we complete the medical(lets say we will do the x-ray too) and plan the delivery there or pause the medical and plan to land after our baby born here.

If everything goes fine can i expect to land by first week of Feb,2015 ? By this way i can have at most 2.5 to 3 months in our hand after going there. So needs your feedback on this. Thanks.

Need to know one more thing, when a PR holder can avail the health benefits after landing to ontario and if the health insurance covers the delivery costs(hospital/doctor/medicine) too?

Re-posting. I am also interested to know.

I wanted to open my DD at SCB and thus to send my application by today.. But SCB told me that they can't do it on Sunday!! However they gave me three forms and asked to fill them up.

1) Remittance request form
2) form T/M
3) KYC forms for Walk-in/One off customer

Now I am confused about certain parameters. Please help me out

Remittance request form:
1) Tick the appropriate box. Tick to "Issue a demand Draft"?
2) Draft/Payment Order to be: "Posted"?
3) In favor of "THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA"?
4) Account No, Address, Telephone No?
5) Beneficiary's Bank details?
6) In reimbursement Tick "Please receive cash"?

form T/M
1) Reason For Payment?
2) Name and Address of Beneficiary?
