Alberta express entry Priority stream for construction

Hi alberta has just 274 spots left for the alberta express entry priority steam which includes construction, aviation,manufacturing. I wanted to know if anyone thinks alberta will get more spots this year. Maybe in September? Or if they will pull some spots from their other streams into the priority stream. They started the year with 600 spots for this stream. Thanks in advance

Probably not as the quotas from the feds for 2026 are set. Alberta decides on the distribution between streams so can modify if they want. There are 4800 people in the priority stream pool.

Highly unlikely. PR target are pretty firm and if anything UCP is trying to limit immigration not increase it.
