I think the important thing here is to separate the NAICS and NOC requirements. Your NOC describes the job you perform, while the company’s NAICS code is related to the employer’s main business activity. So I would not assume that having a manufacturing-related job automatically means the employer qualifies under the manufacturing stream.
I’d first confirm the company’s actual NAICS code and then compare it with the eligible industry codes for the specific Alberta stream. After that, check whether your NOC 7310 is included in the eligible occupations. If both requirements have to be met, satisfying only the NOC side wouldn’t be enough.
If your employer has HR or someone who handles immigration, I’d also ask them to confirm the company’s NAICS classification directly rather than relying only on the job title. That should give you a much clearer answer before you submit anything.
