I submitted my AINP application and received my file number on Nov. 15 in Engineering Occupations Stream. Currently the total Nomination certificates issued in 2017 is over 5200 while the maximum number is 5500. They are currently reviewing the applications received on Nov. 2.
So is it possible to happen that the maximum certificate numbers have been reached before I get my certificate? In 2018, the strategic stream will be closed and I will not be able to apply for the new stream. So if they review my application in 2018, will they consider it as the old stream or the new one? or they will simply return my application?
