Non Express Entry - PNP - Language Requirements

Hi everyone! I recently received a nomination under the OINP Masters Stream in the final March draws, right before they overhauled the program.

I have a quick question about the language requirements. My English test results are currently valid, but they will expire while IRCC is processing my file.

Will I need to retake the test, or are my current results sufficient? Thanks in advance for your help!

Your language test results need to be valid at the time you submit your PR application, not throughout the entire processing period. So if they were valid when you applied, you're fine. IRCC won't ask you to retake just because they expired during processing.
That said, keep your test booking options open just in case. If IRCC sends an additional document request or if your application gets returned for any reason and you need to resubmit, you'd need valid results at that point.
