Hello Everyone,

I submitted my express entry application on August 4th.
My crs score is 416,
My noc is 21320

My ties to Alberta;
(1) I had my masters here in Alberta
(2) Worked for 4months in 2022
(3) I have a sister here
(4) Presently working (contract job, so it's not a valid job offer)

But didn't get noi from the last draw

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you
So your NOC is not being selected.

I understand but IRCC considers them a company if they are registered. Did your employer filed taxes and gave you benefits and T4? Did you filed taxes? If requested will you be able to show the cash credited in your account or something likewise?
Got nomination from alberta today....

Dear Candidate:

Thank you for your interest in applying to an Alberta Express Entry Stream pathway. The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) has reviewed the information you submitted and is inviting you submit an application. You have 30 days from receiving this email to start the application process.

Important: Receiving this invitation does not guarantee you are eligible to apply. Before applying, review Steps 1 to 5 to determine if you are eligible to apply and how to submit an application.

1. Confirm whether you are eligible to apply based on your past or current status with the AAIP. If you:

· already have an existing AAIP application under another stream for which you have not received a decision, you must submit a request to withdraw your existing application before you can proceed with a new application. Candidates may only have one active application in process with the AAIP. All requests for withdrawal must be submitted via the AAIP portal.

· have a nomination certificate that is not expired or is still eligible for an extension, you are not eligible to submit a new application.

· were nominated previously but have already received a decision on your permanent residence application for that nomination, email lbr.pnpoffice@gov.ab.ca with your old application number, full name and date of birth and proof of decision for your application for permanent residence. Once the program confirms your old application is closed out, you can create a new application.

2. Review the Alberta Express Entry Stream assessment criteria on the Eligibility page, as well as the terms and conditions and application process on the How to Apply page to determine if you are eligible to apply. If you received a Notification of Interest letter, you must determine the Alberta Express Entry pathway you were invited to apply under to understand the assessment criteria that will apply to you. To determine your pathway, read the Express Entry draw parameters for the date your Notification of Interest letter was issued.

3. Consider AAIP’s application terms and conditions. There is no guarantee an application will be assessed for nomination or that any application meeting criteria will result in a nomination. Submissions of an application or nomination by the AAIP also does not guarantee you will be issued a permanent resident visa.

4. Ensure you have an active Alberta.ca Account. The account can be a basic account.

· If you do not have a Alberta.ca Account:

o Go to https://account.alberta.ca/signup and create a basic account. The email address for your Alberta.ca account must be the same email address that was used to send you this invitation to apply (ie. your AAIP email address). All communications from the AAIP will be completed using the AAIP email address.

· If you have an existing Alberta.ca Account:

o You can use your existing basic or verified Alberta.ca Account but the email address for the account must be the same email address that was used to send you this invitation to apply (ie. your AAIP email address). All communications from the AAIP will be completed using the AAIP email address.

o If your Alberta.ca Account and AAIP email addresses do not match:

§ Update your Alberta.ca Account email address to your AAIP email address. Go to https://account.alberta.ca/ for instructions on how to update your Alberta.ca Account email address.

§ Update your AAIP email address. Email lbr.pnpoffice@gov.ab.ca and provide your new email address, as well as your past and current Alberta.ca Account usernames and Express Entry profile number. The AAIP will update our system to accept the new email address. This could take up to 5 days. The AAIP will send a new invitation email for you to use.

5. If, after taking the steps noted above, you think you meet the requirements to apply, click on this link in the next 30 days to start the application process: https://aaip.labour.alberta.ca/ee-validation/?eeprofileID=e9d766ad-a64d-ee11-918e-005056944e7e.

· You will be asked to enter your Express Entry profile number and your name as it is written in your passport

· From the date you received this email, you will have a total of 60 days to submit your complete application in the portal, including uploading all required supporting documents and paying the application fee. Read the How to Apply page, which includes the document checklist and the steps for the application process.

· To re-enter the AAIP portal after you have used the link, you must log into the portal using this link - https://aaip.labour.alberta.ca.

· You can save a draft of your application. Your draft application will be in the Check Existing Applications section of the portal.

If you still have questions after reviewing the eligibility criteria and how to apply information on the AAIP website please, contact us via the email form at https://extern.labour.alberta.ca/FeedbackForm/Immigration/Opportunity.

Thank you for your consideration.
