I received a job offer from Alberta but the NOC has a high volume of submissions across all AAIP streams.
Didn't get an invite in the latest draw. What to expect going forward?

I think you are on the right track with a big chance. Strange that you did not get selected.

Guys, I got my nomination certificate today. Here’s the complete timeline:
Express entry profile created - January 21, 2022
NOC - 1241 Outlander
Updated with Alberta job offer - Mar 12, 2022
NOI - March 22, 2022
Submitted - April 5, 2022
Info requested - June 13, 2022
Employer replied - June 15, 2022
Nomination received - June 23, 2022

I applied for AINP Accelerated Tech Pathway and same day i got an email with link to start the application with in 30 Days. Does this mean it a NOI and i have been selected for PNP. ?

Yes start it as soon as possible. The tagline of the email should have a number ( for instance AINP-), isn't it?
