maybe your right mine is not even IP yet. I have been to 3 countries too.

Hybrid_ynah have been to 3 countries too.So it MIGHT be a factor then especially for me that one of the countries that I have stayed for more than 4 years is very paranoid with security matters.Just getting that Police clearance alone is very time consuming.

So no other thing to do but wait....... ???

I have only traveled to the US 3 times and each time only stayed for a week, and I am the single applicant. But still after 10 months since Jan 3, no IP !!!

Yeah I have a former colleague who submitted mid January and got his PPR last Monday.He never been out except here in Canada and have his wife as the only dependent that is why I would like to speculate that it might be the reason why he got it ahead while I am still on AR.

I havent been to any country other than Canada, single applicant,cio received Jan 6 ..still no IP . dont think this is the issue for hang up

I haven't ordered any notes as I think I can predict that criminality and security is either in progress or have not started yet as I seen in some other notes here in the forum.and the 1 month wait for it to arrive.

I would be relieved if the number of countries isn't a factor for the delay then...just have to wait again as the week is almost over and would MIGHT be ending like the past few weeks.. but still hoping not.

I agree with you I have been Canada past 9 years and only country I have visited is my home country which is "visa-exempted" as well. And I have a friend who is from same country as me and applied Early December 2013 and he already landed in August and the time he took to get IP was 7month and IP to DM was less than a month.

He traveled a lot more than 6months around the world so I don't think the number of country really matters to processing time.
Maybe if the country that traveled has serious safety issues, I think it might affect..
