Almost every company offers health and dental benefits.. that doesn't mean anything to AINP.
Even if employer doesn't offer any benefits, you can get those benefits from any insurance company for 60 cents a day or lower

Your best bet will be asking your employer for raise or show they pay you $18+/hr
otherwise you can start looking for another job, who will pay you more

Good luck!!

I am seeking for some advice to decide if I should move to Alberta from Ontario?

Here's my profile:
Did Post secondary diploma for Computer Programmer (2 Years) in Ontario, Worked under NOC A for a year in Ontario as well. Now I have recently got a job offer from Alberta employer which falls under NOC A. I went on AINP website and looks like I qualify to apply under skilled worker and international graduate stream.

My concern is Do I need LMIA or anything specific to qualify for AINP?AS per the webpage, All I need is full time permanent job, no employer pre-screening is required either.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Any sort of help will be much appreciated

It is all about progressing time ..the current processing time for international students is 24-25 months..do you have enough work permit for this time.

WOW is 24-25 months to get a nomination? Really. I saw a post where a person applied in june and got the nomination in like 4-5 months.
