Got file no on july 2016.
Today i got an email requesting lay stub latest and confirming
My employer,mailing address,job position and requested my
Offer letter.

Now my query is, i am on notice period with my current compantly ie. Staples
I am working there as a technical services and sales representative noc 2282
I got a new job as a it infrastructure support technician and my joining wil be on 29 aug.
I have an appointment letter with me but my employer will provide me offer letter after joining.

So , can also mention in my email that i am leavinf curent job and my joining will be on 29 aug with all new employer

Hello,

I received my ainp on August 2, 2016.
I have all my documents ready for federal. my spouse and me are here to apply for federal and my baby is born in canada on may 29, 2016. And, I am on maternity leave right now.
I have a question that in generic form 0008 it is asking that "how many family members including you in this application"? should i write two or three ? because my baby is already canadian..
and, one more thing.. do I need to include my baby's pictures as well?
please help me its urgent

question for seniors, I need to extend my work permit (BOWP) with nomination certification but i dont how to get go about it because i dont have LMIA , my company do not have LMIA exemption and I can not get AOR before my work permit expires even if i applied today.

Hi friend,

If you haven't received AOR yet, you can ask AINP for letter of support.

I am basically belongs from Delhi, India and have a question in regards to get police clearance for federal Permanent Residence.

Does anyone know how to apply the police clearance from India?

As, I told my father to apply through near police station but they refused us and tell to my dad for clearance you need to show some sort of letter governed by the Immigration.

Please reply me as i am afraid to get this done on time before my AINP recieved.

File received : 30 June 2016
File Number : 18 July 2016
NOC : B

I got a call from AINP officer on August 22 2016 asking about my duties and responsibilities. At that time, she called my manager too ..but she missed the call. Then, again AINP officer called me on september 13 2016 asking same things. I am still waiting for my nomination. Its been 1 month now. I called ainp and they are saying your file is under review by the offier.

I dont know what should i do..??? please suggest me i am so stressed out.
