can anyone tell me if I am applying for express entry then will I be ineligible for ANIP ?

also if one is interested to apply for ANIP but doesn't have job offer can I still do so...I am experienced piping eng with 10 yrs experience from india

Actually I want to know can I apply as food supervisor under AOS with 6 months of experience? I graduated in general business diploma? Is this food related to my ford of study ???
