I appealed and I'am waiting the decision for 2 years. The appeal stops deportation.
They return my docs for HC 2 times, because they said I cant submit them until we receive the decision, even if i have kids....
When did u appeal? I mean which year and month I appeal already via my lawyer. He is asking more money I paid 2000$ what I do? Second he said my reply will come in 2 months is that true please help.
