After finish diploma and gain working permit, can my wife and my daughter come

My friend has just told me that a working permit can not allow me to bring my wife and my daughter to Canada, I need to wait until I gain permanent resident. Is that true?

You can certainly apply to bring them to Canada during your work permit, however there is no guarantee the visa will be approved.
