AFTER 45 DAYS PASSPORTS NOT RECEIVED FROM CHC LONDON

Dear All,

I send the passports on May 23 to CHC London. But as of now after almost 45 days, I have not received my passports?
The ECAS is also showing "In process". I have send the reminder on last friday but no-reply/
Kindly advise what should i do? The passports were sent through ARAMEX - Abu Dhabi?

I think London V.O really takes time to process I have a friend she said 45days when she got her pp and as for me, i have sent pp last june27,2012.
So i guess, it will really take time. Hopefully, yours will come soon. Let me know if you got it. tnx

I'm from Abu dhabi and sent pp june 27 and accdng to ecas:


our application was reviewed and we started processing on July 25, 2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

-My question is We have sent the pp 1month ago but why just July 25 they started the processing?
