No of Years of Experience Required to Claim Full Points for Express Entry.

CIC CRS Tools asks for 3 Years or More Experience while calculating Points Whereas Canada Visa Forum’s CRS Tools asks for 6 years or More Experience.

You need to have 3+ experience to get maximum points in CRS out of 1200. THis improves your chances of getting picked in the draw.

For FSW program, you get maximum points with 6+ experience. That is just the qualifying criteria
