I am just wondering If it is crucial to follow the job duties' order as presented in NOC codes?
If I put the first one to the middle or bottom. Does it matter ? Does it mean the job weight change ?

The majority of duties outlined by the NOC code should be included in your letter. However, your letter and application will not be accepted if the duties are copied word for word, thus leading the VO to question the authenticity of the letter.

Thank you for replying tessa2105!
all the duties are worded by my manager in his own words, but he somehow put the first duty as the fifth one. I am just wondering if it does matter. In job lead, it does not emphasize any particular job duty

Order should not matter.

It can, although it does not have to match the order of the corresponding duties listed in the NOC code ... generally the most important duty (or the one you spend your most time on) should be at the top of the list.

But this would really only matter if your duties are borderline between an NOC level B and C job.... If you put C level duties first, that is how IRCC will assess it.

Appreciated. Just wondering some job duties contains MAY... does that mean it is not main duties ?

Just what the word means - "may" means "it is possible" but not absolute.
