Administrative Refusal

Hello, so I am thinking about flagpoling at the NY/Quebec border but taking the bus since I don't have a car. I've seen many people do it before (I've taken the bus from Montreal to New York City) however I was wondering a a US citizen will I receive an administrative refusal? Will it effect my travels in anyway when travelling back to the US? Thanks for the help!

A US citizen cannot receive an administrative refusal. You have an absolute right to enter the US.

You don't need an administrative refusal to flagpole - you would just be admitted, turn around, and come back.
