Address for citizenship

Hi,

I had my PR via PNP from NS in 2023 and have lived and worked there ever since.
Now completed 1095 days residence time in Canada and so want to apply for citizenship.

I want to take a long break in the winter and travel to my home country after applying.

Am I allowed to give up my rental apartment after applying for citizenship?
And when I return, probably after winter, I can take another apartment.

Is this a legitimate act in the eyes of IRCC and will my citizenship application go through smoothly regardless of this?

Yes you can move out of Canada and list your address in your home country until you return to Canada.
