Additional documents submitted

Hi everyone. We got request for additional documents for proof of cohabitation. I submitted them July 17 via webform like they requested and I also submitted them on gckey just in case. I haven’t heard anything back and gckey still says “we need additional documents”. Anyone know when I will hear back from them?

I also submitted; did they ask you for more pictures too? and did your request say "FINAL REQUEST" on the top?

They gave me an email to send to.

I am assuming it will take 1 week for sure, probably 2-3 weeks.

Hi, no my request did not say final request at the top. This is the first request they have sent us. They told us to submit via web form, not to an email.
