Hello,

Anybody who can advise me regarding my situation:

husband lived in Canada for more than 6 months. Husband left Canada September 2009. We submitted Canadian police clearance & RCMP fingerprint dated September 2009 with our initial application of spousal sponsorship March 2010.

Now, Our application is going back to Vienna, Austria after we won the appeal.

I am just anticipating all additional documents they are going to ask so I can prepare them in advance than waiting for the Visa office to requested for it to lessen processing time.

1. Medical re-do
2. Hungarian police clearance
3. IMM 0008 generic and Schedule 1
4. Authorized to Return to Canada (failed refugee before)

My question is does he still need another Canadian police clearance or that September 2009 Canadian police clearance is enough? I believe I cannot request on his behalf here in Canada.

Any advice or additional documents you think Visa office will request will be greatly appreciated.

Also, how many photos do PR applicant/husband need to submit?
