Additional document required

Hi can anyone guide me in this situation.

I had applied PR under non express entry. I received UCI and application number today morning along with note- Passport documents are damaged. Need to resend the documents in CIC account which I believe GCkey account.
When I visited there in upload documents section. I don’t see any option where they ask for it and option to upload passport scans.

Please suggest the way forward.

Hmm, must be a website glitch. Did it end up working for you?

The official answer from IRCC if this happens is to send the docs via webform, as per https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1311&top=23 (and link to the webform itself is apparently https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application/Form/72 )
