Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

My spouse biometrics are done file is complete criminality, eligibility, security, background check everything is passes still they are not giving any response

Spouse added:july 2019
Spouse medical and biometrics: oct 2019
Asked for additional documents: july 2020
Received pre arrival: oct 2020
I called them they said everything is passed only decision is pending

Have you seen anyone in current situation who’s spouse is outland been approved. I haven’t yet.
