I saw in my gcms notes there is a pending $85 fee. It's showing in Outgoing , was supposed to be sent to me in March, 2020 but never received it. Maybe because of Covid19 start around that time.

Where can you find GCMS notes? Do you need to request it from IRCC?

Yes, you have to apply through the gcms website.
