I was wondering if ur spouse medical has been updated on the PR application?
I just send a post, that my file transferd to local office, i called immi. And they said it is in etobecoke, and It is on the step where they check and verify the criminal history, i applied my pr under pnp in january 2018, got my medical may 2018 , got married july 2018 , notified immigration right away, and applied my wife or added my wife to my current application on september 2018 , my file got transferred to etobecoke in feb 2019 , she got he medical request on may 2019, she came here on visitor visa on june 2019, since then i am waiting , the status comes that it is in process, and they r doing background check, can someone please tell me how long they will take from here, please !!!
Reference all the applications transferred to Winnipeg office, (chat groups & forums), PNP adding spouse has the lowest priority in IRCC. I bet you won't get any updates in 1-2 years after your file transferred.
How about cases when the PA is a PNP New Brunswick nominee for PR, current VO is at Sydney? Marriage and request to add spouse post-AOR. Do you have any idea how long will I have to wait?
how could they decide adding spouse is not priority for them? I went to my immi agent few days ago he said they are going to work on files after march.

Submitted additional document through CSE (Marriage certificate) - December 5, 2019
Sometime this January, I was able to call IRCC, and they told me that I have already passed the eligibility and criminality stage.
I was also informed by the IRCC agent that tmy CSEs last Nov 15 were rejected for the reason that no documents were attached on the enquiries (which is weird since I have received acknowledgment emails from them last Nov. 22).
According to the agent, when I sent the Marriage certificate last December 5, that's the only time they were able to also see the other documents I sent last November.
Until now, my husband is not yet added as a dependent on my CIC account.
