Adding spouse after ppr, taking too long, please connect here

April -24th - IRCC received all the docs of my wife.

After that I don't see any update. I am not sure whether they added my wife or not, because i don't see her name in online account

My VO is CIO sydney.

And recently they are not even accepting phone calls.

Ordered GCMS notes. There is a delay in that as well.

The only way to ask them is via webform. If I submit webform asking for status of spouse add on request, I am getting a generic message saying it is still in processing. rest assured blah blah blah.

Really frustrated with this process.

That's really frustrating, they used to complete the process within 4-6 weeks earlier but now it's taking them so long

she is in home country its almost 8 months after submitting documents

Haven't called them. Never ordered GCMS notes either. Status is: Under processing.

What documents did they ask from you? I got my PPR as a single applicant but I recently got married and I need to add my wife to the application.
