adding an applicant post express entry approval being received

Hello, i need expert opinion , we are a family of 3 ( me , my wife & our daughter ) we have received our final approval in sep 2018 for express entry , however we are expecting our child in Dec , therefore wont be able to travel now , so we informed CIC about our situation and have asked for the process for adding an applicant , its been more then 2 months and no reply or update being received from them till now . Kindly help us how to contact them alternatively ( our medical will expire in Jan 2019 ) . Regards Danish

Did you submit a CSE?

For your kid, once born, get birth certificate and passport immediately. CIC will respond to you for sure.
