Hello,

I am very confused...
Please help me.

I have received my PPR in 27-June-2018 from London office.
However, i have to add my newly born son to the application.

I sent an email with all the required images, documents, medical report and new proof of funds to London office in 4-July-2018 and only received the auto reply to wait 28 days….

Should I send all the passports and photos of all the family (including the newly born son) to the immigration section before receiving the response from the London office? or wait for their reply?

Thank you.

Did you raise a CSE for this?

I raised a CSE in 18-June-2018 before receiving the PPR
the response came from CIC in 11-July-2018

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at the Canadian visa office in London, United Kingdom.

Because of the specific nature of your enquiry, we invite you to contact them directly......
---------------------------------

So it is in London's office now, there is no use in contacting CIC through CSE...

Any suggestions?

Talk to an Immigration Lawyer (ICCRC member), they have access to talk to CIC.

In case someone found this post, I have contacted London office through CSE, heres the reply:

--------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for this information.

Since the family composition must be equally reflected in your immigration documents, please note that the current visas and COPRs will no longer be valid and they will need to be re-issued. In this regard, please DO NOT send your passports for issuance to our office.

Once the baby is added to the file, medical instructions will be issued for him.

---------------------------------------------------------

short answer, just inform them by email, and DO NOT send passports.

It took around 4 weeks for both normal CSE and London office CSE...

If your application is processed through a specific office, it is better to send CSE to that office directly

Yes, they sent us a new PPR, and the old one went obsolete.

Regarding the documents, I read all the posts on this forum and followed their steps, this one is the best:

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/addition-of-child-to-permanent-resident-application-after-ppr.434657/

read the documents that user "niazpur" wrote,
I sent the same documents and waited for 4 weeks, after that, CIC sent me the new PPR.

Good Luck.

In my case, I submitted all above documents on 14th Aug and there is no feedback so far. No idea how long it will take to proceed all the procedure.

Did CIC acknowledge the processing of newborn? As your PPR would have expired by now, did they advise you to not to send the passports?
