No they haven't asked me, but from the above email I see they are asking to send this document to mf15092014, is it specific to each individual applicant?

Yes I saw that, I'm kind of scared that paying fees by form IMM 5620 is wrong, as it says that "The payment of these fees must be made online:" Could you please suggest..

Also is it better to pay both RPRF and Applicant fee now both at the same time or pay RPRF later? as it says that both must be paid as below

"spouse or CLP intends to accompany you to Canada at this time, a processing fee of $550 and a RPRF of $490 must be paid for their application"

yes is better to pay online, in my opinion
You're saving time.

Just be sure you're doing the right payment concepts and amounts

I'm not too sure but I red somewhere about online payment will be the only one accepted sometime

About pay RPRF when applying, if you have the money, can reduce a bit processing time but you are losing a opportunity to know CIC IS working on your application when them request RPRF.

Anyways isn't a big deal to pay RPRF upfront or when requiring, it's up to you

Seniors...

I did upfront medicals and my wife haven't done medicals yet. I'm the principal applicant. Is it mandatory that my spouse has to submit her medicals when I add her to the application or does CIC sends medical request to her later?

Also could someone explain how the PR application will be processed once you add spouse to your application as both are in different countries?

I received an email reply today to pay processing and RPRF fee. Which fees should I pay online? I know I need to pay RPRF (490$) but do I also pay sponsorship application and principal applicant fee of (75$+475$=525$? Or I just pay sponsorship application fee of $75?

Please help.

Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class
Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Principal applicant $475.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

Do you mind posting the email here without personal info... processing fee for spouse will be $550 and RPRF will be $490, you should not pay sponsership application fee. Sponsership application fee has to be paid when you already have PR and want to sponser your spouse after.

Guys below was the email I got when I called the call center and told that my marital status is changed and would like to add spouse to my application. in this email they said to write Add-on the application what does it mean? Is it something different?

Also in the forms below they haven't said to submit Form IMM 5562 Supplementary Information Your Travels, as it was not listed I didn't submit that form. Is it better to submit this form?

Sir, Madam,

Thank you for contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am pleased to follow up on your request:

After applying for permanent residence under the Economic class - Adding a family member

A family member* of the principal applicant could be added at a later date, even if they were listed as non-accompanying dependant in the initial application. However, there is no guarantee that your request to add a family member to an application will be accepted if the final decision has already been made by the office processing the application.

To add a family member to the application, you have to download, fill out, validate and print the following forms** from our website and send them to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa, Ontario, at the following address:

CPC - Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West
7th Floor, section B
Ottawa, ON

•(If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
•A copy of the family member’s valid passport,

◦your file number,
◦a letter of explanation,
◦a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and

You must write ADD-ON on the forms and on the envelope. If you want proof that your application was received, we suggest that you use registered mail with Canada Post or a courier service such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.

*A family member is a spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or dependent child of a dependent child.
**If the newly created family member is a child born in Canada, only the add-on request is required.

For your relationship use requested form, signed with a Notary:
: A completed and signed IMM5409 Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union

(I think it's a minimum request of two years living together, but I'm not sure about it )

For individuals additional declaration I don't know a standard form/template.

Add documents supporting relationship:
Common bank accounts.
Common apartment lease
Insurance showing other as beneficiary
Any outer document with both of you (census...)
