I'm already preparing all the required documents except PCC. I'll send remaining documents by next week.
I didn't see any mention of the medical exam, so just in case - she will also need to do the medical exam... if you haven't done yours yet, you can wait until CIC requests it...

I'm not married - after 10+ years in common-law relationship we kinda don't feel the rush ;-) - and we're received a request to fill assessment questionnaires with that information. They don't seem to have a designated form number so I can't find them online.
For common -law relations this form is usually requested :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5409E.pdf

We're living together until marriage so I included this form and certificate of marriage in my application

I'm in same situation now. Sep 2014 application and married this month. Did you emailed CIC all necessary forms or you mailed them? How did you pay your spouse's CEC fee?

I just updated them saying that My status is changed from single to married and haven't emailed them any documents. After a week, I mailed them all the original documents. I paid fees by filling form IMM 5620 and wrote credit info on that.

You updated them via email?
No I haven't sent any scanned documents by email. I only updated them that my marital status is changed by email and to update that in their system. I didn't get any reply back from them, so not sure whether they updated or not. But later I sent them all the documents.

Have you also submitted (IMM 5406) form for your spouse?
Yes, I have submitted IMM 5406. Both IMM 5406 and IMM 0008DEP forms should be signed by your spouse.
