Hello,
I have received an ita based on FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) program. The problem however is my foreign job was held between 2007 and 2008 and soon after that I went to Canada for further education on a study permit in 2008. The foreign job was of a bookkeeper working 32 hours cumulatively for 6 days in a week, For me that job was of no importance since it was a college job and I thought this work experience would not be considered relevant when I would be looking for jobs in Canada and in attempt to appear highly assimilated I sort of forgot about it and didn't mention that job in any visa form or resume' officially, though I did talk about it informally in conversations. My problem is complex and I needed someone's opinion on this; since I didn't hold my bookkeeper job much important I omitted it in study permit applications, though I did accumulate a year of work experience in Canada of NOC code B I could not apply before the express entry was made effective and thus with 418 points then (in 2015) I had to wait until now for the draws to come down. Unfortunately my canadian work experience got older than 3 years and it wasn't continous which disqualified me from Canadian Experience Class. I made a new profile adding this old bookkeeper role and, as mentioned initially, received an iTA. Now my question is since before coming to Canada (in 2008) I identified myself as a student and omitted that role and now that I apply based on that role, is there a possibility of this whole story being construed as misrepresentation?
