About to send off, doing a final check. Is this the correct receipt?

I actually kinda asked this a few days ago but I want to triple check. I've included a photo of one of the receipts I got - is it the correct one? I've seen pictures of receipts that have spaces to fill out info.

Yes, you paid $1125 that means you paid $1040 for PR and $85 for biometrics. Note If you are an inland applicant you don’t need the $85 but don’t worry about it you will get refunded.

Are you applying for OWP ? If yes pay an amount of $255 and attache the receipt as well, if not ignore this information.
