i am an Indian passport holder Working in Malaysia for last 8 years
Just want to know if i want to apply for Canada work permit or asylum visa what is the formalities

As andy said, you should spend time researching the options or hire a consultant/lawyer to do the research for you. Start with the come to Canada tool and go from there. You definitely do not have grounds for an asylum as your reasons are economical.
