Hi I got a job offer as a Technical Supoort Advisor . I think that is Noc 2282. Can I use that job offer to apply please?

Yes, but the NOC needs to be same as your EE profile, job offer should be for 12 months at least and most importantly, your employer should be from a particular set of NAICS code, please check eligibility section on AINP website.
It should be under 5419- other professional, scientific, Technical services would that be okay?

You need to be working or have valid job offer at the time on nomination, rest best to check with legal advisor or lawyer.

You need to apply on the AINP site with your job offer.

Thanks does lmia job offer has any advantage over normal job offer in tech pathway stream?
Hii so I got the invitation to apply but it’s under an express entry profile that is about to expire in about a months time. I didn’t know we had to renew our profile. What happens if I can’t apply within the 30 days since it’s pointless as the express entry profile would expire ?
Also I created anew express entry profile , I know it can’t be transferred can I wait for the 30 days and I submit my expression of interest again? Or what can I do

When you get ITA, your express entry profile gets locked, expiry only matters before getting an ITA, if you got an ITA you're all good. Many threads here in forum with people in similar situation. If you have doubt, seek professional advice.
