Hello my friend is in Canada he got there by work permit.he is a driver.
But now he wants to study further.Can he study on work permit he got or what else he have to do to study in Canada.

what i have to do get study permit?
i mean is it same procedure like from here in india...
paying 10000 cad 1 yr fees and other stuff?
