The person you know in Canada who is a Canadian citizen needs to find 4 other people who are Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents who are willing to join in sponsoring you.
You won't need a work permit because once you arrive in Canada, you will be a permanent resident. PRs can work without needing a work permit.
You should be aware that Group of 5 Sponsorship will not get you to Canada immediately. This is around a 2 year process after the application is submitted. You won't be able to travel to Canada until the application is approved.
that's good news that I will be permanent resident but it took a long time.my daughter can not live here in Iran.she can not also go to school.
The only way that I am aware of for you to come to Canada immediately is to get a TRV (tourist visa) approved for yourself and your daughter and then to fly to Canada and claim asylum here once you arrive. Unfortunately I think it will be very difficult for you to get a TRV approved.

Both of you need to have valid passports to apply for a TRV. You'll also need to demonstrate ties such as employment, property and assets and also show you have enough funds to cover your travel expenses and accommodations. Even then approval is not guaranteed. A TRV is certainly a difficult path.

If you are asking how long it will take for a Group of Five application for Canada to be processed from either of these two locations, it's really no different than Iran. You'll still be looking at a wait of a few years.
